1. Information We Collect
Information you give us
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, organization, the type of project you’re interested in, and your message.
Information collected automatically
When you visit this site:
- Our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) processes your IP address and browser information to deliver pages securely. We do not directly access Cloudflare’s server logs.
- If you submit the contact form, your IP address is passed to Cloudflare Turnstile for spam detection. It is not stored by us.
- If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) collects information about how you use the site — pages visited, general location (city/region level), device type, and actions such as selecting a service area or submitting the contact form. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no tracking occurs.

4. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained in our CRM until you request deletion or the record is no longer relevant to our business. We do not sell or transfer records to any third party after a client relationship ends. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ standard settings (default: 14 months).
